Ukrainian Security Service colonel Volodymyr Kulish testifies of illegal weapon supplies to the military conflict zone in Yugoslavia in 1994, at the Italian court in Turin on March, 3, 2003. Kulish presented proofs that detention of "Jadran Express" ship, carrying over 3, 000 tons of weapons to ex-Yugoslavia countries, was organized by the Ukrainian Security Service and British Secret Intelligence Service.
