Firefighters extinguish the flame breaking out of Ukraine's Defense Ministry's railway troops central department on Saksahanskoho street in Kiev late at night Dec. 19-20, 2002. The fire destroyed over 400 square meters of roof, office equipment and furniture in 19 rooms. One person died in the accident.
