Ukraine's Vice Premier Leonid Kozachenko and acting head of the World Bank's Kiev office Alexander Kaliberda talk to each other prior to signing an agreement in Kiev Wednesday, August 21, 2002. Kozachenko signed an agreement letter between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on 1,444,000 dlrs to elaborate a project on agricultural land property. This year, Ukraine's Cabinet is expected to sign another agreement with the World Bank on some 250 million dlrs to develop the count's agricultural and industrial complex, Kozachenko said.
