Presidents of four regional GUUAM alliance country-members, left to right Geidar Aliev of Azerbaijan, Eduard Shevarnadze of Georgia, Leonid Kuchma of Ukraine, and Vladimir Voronin of Moldova sign an agreement at their summit in Ukrainian Black Sea resort of Yalta Saturday, July 20, 2002. The delegations signed an agreement to create free trade zone and a declaration to maintain security and combat terrorism and organized crime across the region after the four presidents discuss lifting trade barriers and boosting economic cooperation.
