Ukrainian Cossacks ship

Bogun, an exact replica of ancient Ukrainian Cossacks ship, is seen in the Dnieper river on the first day of a scientific expedition on historical routs of Ukrainian warriors in Kiev, Ukraine, on Saturday, July 20, 2002. A replica was made for the first time according to a 400 year-old technology. Participants of a 45-day expedition are to sail along the Dnieper, in the Black Sea around the Crimean peninsula and will rich the city of Rostov-on-Don throung the Sae of Azov.
