Odessa’s mayor recieves Honour Flag of European Council

COMM Odessa Mayor Eduard Gurvits after the ceremony of award of Flag of Honour of European Council in Odessa on Thursday, December, 28, 2006. Flag of Honour as one of the steps of European Prize was founded in 1955 by the Committee of Ministers of European Council.
