Visit of Putin to Kiev

COMM The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, at the right, and the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during the sitting of Ukrainian-Rusian intergovernmental commission on Friday, December, 22, 2006. According to Yushchenko, intergovernmental commission has to become a powerful mechanism in providing a dialogue between two states on the highest level.
