Picket of trade ports

The members of trade unions of sea transport of Ukraine from Kherson, Nikolayev, Berdyansk, Kerch trade sea ports and the representatives of different political parties take part in the mass meeting and piquet action near the court to support dockers of Kherson in Kherson, on Thursday, December, 21, 2006. October, 24, 2006 labour collective of Kherson trade sea port pronounced a judgement to consider the agreement of joint activity between Kherson trade sea port and private company ”Stividor company ”Kherson sea terminal” and Austrian company ”Allgemeine Beteiligungsvsverwaltungs-und Handelsgesselfschaft m.b.H” to be conflicting with the interests of the state and the port and decided to appeal to court to nullify the agreement. October, 30, 2006 seven unknown people, armed with basic arms, occupied the ship ”Kiliya” which belonged to Kherson trade sea port. The company-leaser of the ship became suspected. November, 8 Economy court of Kherson region arrested the property of Kherson trade sea port basing on the suit of ”Stividor company ”Kherson sea terminal”. The attack on the company continues.
