Yuschenko at the meeting with Ukraine’s regional officials

COMM The governor of Odessa region Ivan Plachkov, in the center, during the meeting of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko with representatives of local authorities and self-government in Kyiv on Thursday, December, 21, 2006. Yushchenko told that he could veto the Law about State budget for 2007 if it didn’t take into consideration his position concerning minimal pension on the level of cost of living.
