Alexander Kamynsky, after he had left the Kyiv-based Lukianivsky Investigatory Isolation Cell on May 30, 1999. On March 18, 1998 the militia patrol-service
Brigade, headed by A. Kamynsky, arrived on the place for the reason of 'weapon threat' call and seized Vladimir Pushenko, the regional Prosecutor's Office official. Later A. Kamynsky was declared guilty, as exceeded his powers with grave consequences, and on February 25,1999 he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment. The representatives of Judicial Bodies regarded the verdict declared in February, as 'the bright example of judicial power absence in Ukraine'. On the 28th of February the verdict to Alexander Kamynsky - 4 years of imprisonment - after the trial of complaint was changed for conditional.
