Ukrainian citizen, Crimean pensioner Kovalenko lodged a $70 million suit against Concern Volvo and its official dealer in Ukraine – Company “Viking Motors”. He requires the above-mentioned sum as material and moral compensation for he, being 33-old man, became the II group invalid in the course of the traffic accident. On Tuesday, Nov 13 Simferopol’s Zaliznichny court passed a decision, in accordance with which, finances of Viking Motors should be arrested. Photo UNIAN
