Mukachevo frontier troop’s 10th post guards

Mukachevo frontier troop’s 10th post guards conduct the investigation experiment on the site of seizure of citizens of Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, India and Iraq, that tried to cross illegally the frontier of Ukraine with Slovakia in late October, 2001. According to the official data, the question of the illegal migration is very sharp in Ukraine in connection with the openness of the Eastern and closeness of the Western frontiers. 60 percent of migrants try to pass in Europe through the Ukrainian territory. The majority of them occur in Ukraine through the Ukrainian-Russian frontier. Groups of guides take them through the state boundary in 2-7 days. Besides, more often they cross the frontier every day.
