Launch of the anti-aircraft and missile complex C-200

UNIAN archive. Launch of the up-to-date anti-aircraft and missile complex C-200 to the training air-target during the training “Duel-99”, Oct. 12, 1999. On Oct. 10, 2001 the Russian State Committee on investigation the circumstances of the tu-154 catastrophe press-service head Gutiev informed, that the Committee inclines to the “shell” version of the catastrophe of the October 4 Tel-Aviv – Novosibirsk flight. According to him, the State Committee members have strong foundations to exclude the version of act of terrorism. G. Gutiev informed that today the committee declaration would be proclaimed and its contents now are coordinated with the Ukrainian experts that took part in the committee’s work. Ukrainian Defense Minister Alexander Kuzmuk during the yesterday talk with the Minister of Israeli Defense Benjamin Ben-Eliezer in details informed about the course and results of investigation concerning this accident.
