Ukrainian Defense Minster Alexander Kuzmuk declares that he excludes the probability of implication of Ukrainian Anti-aircraft forces to the accident with Tu-154, in the Ukrainian Parliament, on Tuesday, Oct 9, 2001. At the same time he pointed that he understood his personal “heavy responsibility” for the probable hit of Ukrainian C-200 shell in the passenger airplane Tu-154 and is interested in impartial investigation.
