Blamed in hooliganism and premeditated murder of Igor Bilozir Dmitry Voronov (left) and Yuri Kalinin listen to the conviction in the Lviv’s Oblast Court house on Friday, September 28, 2001. This day the Lviv’s Oblast court brought in a verdict on the case of murder of Ukrainian People’s Actor, composer Igor Bilozir. Yuri Kalinin and Dmitri Voronov were brought in a verdict of guilty for premeditated murder in “hooligan motives” and sentenced, correspondingly, to 12 and 15 years of imprisonment. Besides, the court passes a decision to incur a penalty on the both prisoners to pay moral damages to Bilozir’s wife, sister and mother per Hr50 thousand to each of them. Besides, Voronov and Kalinin will pay Hr1409 to the Lviv’s hospital to cover the expenses on Bilozir’s treatment. The court arrested the property of the both malefactors. Photo by Evheny Kravs/ UNIAN
