“Kyiv” TV-radio Company Director Valeri Tkachuk during the press conference in the UNIAN, devoted to the conflict between the TET TV-company and TV-radio Company “Kyiv” on Friday, September 28, 2001. On September 14 the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal rejected the complaint of the TET on the decision of the Kyiv’s Arbitration Court to issue the license on the broadcasting right on the 30th channel TRC “Kyiv”. Such way the National Committee on broadcasting was obliged to issue such a licensee, but on September 17 the TET presented appeal in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine that the same day suspended the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal.
