On September 14 the Kyiv’s Economic Court of Appeal left unsatisfied the TRK “Kyiv”’s opponen’s, TV-company TET, complaint. TET appealed to the Kyiv’s Arbitration Court to get the broadcasting right on the 30th channel of TRC “Kyiv”. This way the National Committee on broadcasting was obliged to issue such license in the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, which the same day suspended the decision of the Kyiv’s Economic Court of Appeal.
