Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia in Ukraine Victor Chernomyrdin holds the Hetman’s (Ukrainian Army Head) Mace, taking part in the “Cossacks amusement”, on the island of Khotritsa, Zaporizhia – the cradle of Ukrainian Cossacks on Wednesday, August 29, 2001. This day Chernomyrdin arrived in Zaporizhia with the one day working visit.
