Boris Feldman
Ex-vice-President of Bank “Slavyansky” Boris Feldman in the dock of the Kyiv Court of Appeal House during the consideration of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine appeal on the decision of the Pechersk District Court on the Feldman’s discharge on Tuesday, August 28, 2001. This day Feldman’s advocates sent a telegram to the Supreme Court, demanding to challenge the whole composition of the Kyiv City Court of Appeal in connection with the existence of preliminary agreement between the judges, General Prosecutors Office and the State Taxation Administration of Ukraine. Slavyansky’s Ex-vice-President Boris Feldman was seized on March 17, 2000 on the accusation in tax evasion. On August 21 Pechersk District Court confirmed illegal Feldman’s further being under arrest. On August 22 the taxation militia collaborators drew up new protocol of Feldman’s seizure, blaming him in abuse of official post, tax evasion, large-scale misappropriation. At the same time the General Prosecutor’s Office appealed on the decision of the Pechersk Court.
