Bogdan Futey

Colombia (USA) Federal Judge Bogdan Futey answers the questions of the journalists near Pechersk District Court, where the case of Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko is being considered, in Kiev, on August 22, 2011. Bogdan Futey called the trial of Yulia Timoshenko a circus, saying that a trial like this would be impossible in the USA. Judge Futey said that a similar trial would be impossible in the US and in most European countries where he has participated in trials.
