Soldiers of special forces "Berkut" convoy a paddy wagon with Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko which left Pechersk district court and went to Lukyanovka pre-trial detention cener, in Kiev, on Monday, August 8, 2011. On this day a court refused to release the former Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko from custody for the second time. Thus, the Court has rejected a petition of three religion confessions, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Nina Karpachova, as well as people's deputies who wanted to bail Yulia Timoshenko.
