Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its decree on August 1, 2011 excluded the condoms from the list of medical devices that are exempt from VAT. According to "Anti-AIDS" Foundation, it may cause rise of the price of the most availiable mean of protection against AIDS by 20-25 percent.
