Black ribbon on the national flag of Ukraine on the day of mourning, in Kiev, on Sunday, July 31, 2011. In connection with the deaths of miners in the mine "Sukhodolskaya-Vostochnaya" of Lugansk region and the mine of Bazhanov of Donetsk region, President announced Sunday, July 31, a day of mourning in Ukraine. The total number of deaths due to accidents at two mines that have occurred on July 29, is 37 people. In particular, in the mine "Sukhodolskaya-Vostochnaya" 26 miners died, 2 were injured.
