Fight between militiamen and deputies

The fight between militiamen and people's deputies during a meeting of Pechersk district court on the case of Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko on exceeding of authority and the abuse of office in the signing of gas contracts with Russia in 2009, on Tuesday, 26 July 2011. On this day, two militiamen were hospitalized as a result of a scuffle with the deputies of BYuT in Pechersk district court of Kiev. This fight in court occurred after guards tried to take out the deputies, who were removed from the courtroom by the court.
