Retail chain of household appliances and electronics "Megamax" ceased to function because of financial difficulties. the owners decided to overcome these difficulties by attracting investors and change of scope. The cause of the difficulties is seen in the fact that "Megamax" is focused on a sale of middle and expensive machines, but because of the crisis, buyers prefer lower quality but cheaper products.
