Monument of ”Dinamo” Kiev killed players

The boy examines the monument dedicated to the Red Army's prisoners in war and soccer players of Kyiv's "Dinamo", who died during the fascist occupation of Kyiv in 1941-1943 yy. From June till August of the 1942 the 'Dinamo' players conducted 10 soccer matches, and won each of them. The last game took place on the 16th of August 1942. On Tuesday, August 17, 1999 the installation of the monument in Kyiv was finished.
