Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Litvin has attended a liturgy on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of episcopal ordination of Metropolitan Vladimir, Head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate).
