Director General of the State Enterprise International Childen´s Center "Artek" Yelena Poddubnaya during the VI International festival-contest for talented orphans "Happy Hands" in the International Children's Center "Artek" (Gurzuf, Crimea), on Monday, July 4, 2011. This day in the International Children's Center "Artek " the ceremony of awarding the winners of the VI International festival competition for talented orphans "Happy hands" took place. This year 600 gifted orphans from all regions of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Germany, USA, India and the Netherlands took part in the contest.
