A festival-contest of air balloons, parafoils and hang-gliders has begun in Chernigov. The festival is held in the city for the first time on the occasion of the International Youth Day. The mission of the event is to form positive impression of Chernigov city in Ukraine and abroad, to attract domestic and foreign tourists as well as to promote healthy lifestyle.
