People’s deputy of “BYUT-Batkivshchyna” fraction Sergey Vlasenko during a press-conference, in Kiev, on Monday, June 20, 2011. The press-conference was held on the results of session of the Court of Appeal of Kiev, which was held on this day on the complaint of former Prime Minister of Ukraine, Batkivschyna Party leader. Defender of ex-premier said that the law firm "Covington & Burling LLP" and the auditing company BDO in the near future will provide a report on the "gas business" of Timoshenko. He also noted that the representatives of these companies will be a part of the official group of lawyers who will represent the position of the former Prime Minister in the European Court of Human Rights.
