No. 5335) amends part 1 of clause 69 of the Code of Criminal Legal Procedure of Ukraine, whereby lawyers and other experts in law, who are authorized to provide legal assistance in person or in the name of the legal entity, notaries, doctors and psychologists can not be interrogated as witnesses on the account of what they were confided into or what they learnt in the discharge of their duties, unless they are relieved of the obligation to keep the professional secret in a written form by the person who confided the information.
