Participants of the meeting of the Economic Cooperation Committee of the Ukraine-Russia Intergovernmental Commission in Moscow (Russia), on Tuesday, June 7, 2011. During the meeting Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov said he hoped that Ukraine and Russia could find mutually beneficial solutions to gas contracts and revise 2009 gas agreements. "The current agreements do not correspond to the realities, and they are quite burdensome for the Ukrainian economy. We hope that we can find mutually beneficial solutions to this issue and other issues," Azarov emphasized. He underlined the Ukrainian delegation looks forward to a constructive dialogue.
