Hail

A hail on the ground, in Simferopol, on Wednesday, June 1, 2011. A hailstorm brought down quail-egg-sized hails in Simferopol today. Heavy rainfall struck the city, causing widespread damage and cellulary disruption. After the hailstorm, Simferopol streets looked more like rivers with up to 40 cm water height. City authorities are calculating losses. The entire Crimean peninsula suffered from severe weather for about half an hour after the noon.
