The authors of a monument during a ceremony of opening a monument “For Heroes and Victims of Chernobyl”, in Khmelnitskiy, on Tuesday, April 26, 2011. In ceremony the heads of the city and the region as well as the participants of the rectification of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant took part.
