Singers, representatives of Azerbaijan at the Eurovision 2011 song contest Nigar Jamal and Eldar Gasimov (Ell & Nikki duo) during the concert dedicated to the depature of Mika Newton to the Evrovision 2011 song contest, in Kiev, on Sunday, April 24, 2011. The final of the international song contest took place on night of Saturday/Sunday, May 14/15, in Duesseldorf (Germany). The representative from Ukraine Mika Newton had the 4th place with the song "Angel". The duo from Azerbaijan have become the winners of the Eurovision 2011 song contest. The duo got 221 points in 43 countries. The representative from Italy had the second place and the singer from Sweden was the third.
