Mikhail Sirota
Mikhail Sirota, the head of the just established Labor Party holds the certificate of the registration of the Party on the press-conference, on the occasion of the foundation of the Party (September 2, 1999). Sirota declared that the Labor Party has not yet determined its orientation as to the forthcoming President Elections. It is planned to conduct the Constituent Congress in the nearest future.
