Vladimir Katsman

COMM “Stolicny Novosti” newspaper editor-in-chief Vladimir Katsman is treated in neuro-surgical department of Kiev hospital, Sunday, April 9, 2006. Late in the evening on the 8th of April, 2006 Katsman was beaten by two stranger it the entrance of his home. Katsman got a craniocerebral trauma and upper extremities contusion.
