Viktor Yanukovich and Sellapan Ramanathan

President Viktor Yanukovich has been officially welcomed by President of the Republic of Singapore. The ceremony took place in front of the official residence of the President of Singapore. State Anthems of Ukraine and Singapore were performed. The Heads of State have passed the guards of honor. After the official welcoming ceremony, mutual introduction of the official delegations of Ukraine and Singapore has been held, and then, Viktor Yanukovich and Sellapan Ramanathan have begun their tete-a-tete meeting.
