Oleg Dubina

The UNIAN archive. Vice-prime-minister of Ukraine Oleg Dubina. On May 29, 2001 the Ukrainian President appointed Oleg Dubina for the first vice-prime-minister of Ukraine. Dubina was born on March 20, 1959 in the village of Elizavetovka, Petrikivskyi region, Dnepropetrovska oblast. Graduated from the Dzerzhinskyi Industrial Institute (1982) , Dneprodzerzhinskyi State Technical University (1999). Worked in metallurgy sector. 1999-2000 Director General of the Krivorozhstal enterprise. From this January occupies the post of the vice-prime-minister of Ukraine on the industrial policy.
