President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich admits that as of today there are a lot of unsettled problems and difficulties in Ukraine. The head of the state said this in his opening address on the air of six television channels within the framework of “Talk with the country” television project. “Without any hesitation if I said that life is good I would be insincere”, said Viktor Yanukovich.
