Vladimir Polyachenko

Kyivgorstroy Holding company President Vladimir Polyachenko passes papers to the dwellers of the new 17-storeyed house on the Grigorenko Av, Kyiv on Saturday, May 26, 2001. This day the Kyivgorstroy introduced in exploitation the millionth square meter of dwelling, built at the expense of the investors (Kyivgoprstroy started constructing at the expense of investors in 1995). The house, will be put into operation in this July -- two months earlier than it was scheduled. Polyachenko marked that it is both the millionth square meter and 20-thousandth flat, built by the company. This is the first house were one flat is allotted for the dwellers needs: «home children room». According to Polyachenko, the company will pass free equipment for this room including the best toys.
