Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Litvin said that today is 22nd anniversary of withdrawal of the Soviet troops from Afghanistan. Lawmaker of Ukraine Ivan Plyushch withdrew from the OU-PSD faction. There will be no evening session of the Verkhovna Rada because the lawmakers considered all issues of today’s agenda.
