Besides, Russian ex-premier will fulfill the duties of special representative of the Russian President on development of trade and economical links between Ukraine and Russia. Chernomyrdin after the meeting with the President declared that he is proud of such an appointment. Earlier he repeatedly marked that his wife is Ukrainian.
