COMM Russian director Yegor Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky shoots his new film “Canned goods” in Sevastopol, Tuesday, March 7, 2006. The main personage of the film is a journalist Igor Davydov. He discovers that an escapade with selling of nuclear plant and nuclear weapons to a developing country is expected, where generals of Russian Army, deputies and prominent scientists are involved.
