COMM Participants of a meeting supporting former vice-president of Ukraine’s Security Service Vladimir Satsyuk, who was held in custody, stand in front of UNIAN agency in Kiev, Friday, March 3, 2006. An action was brought against Vladimir Satsyuk by Ukraine’s Office of Public Prosecutor according to article 364, part 3, (abuse of power leading to hard consequences) , article 366, part 2, (service forgery leading to hard consequences) and article 358, part 3, (using of apparently forged document) of Ukraine’s Criminal Code.
