President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich said that 2011 should see crucial reforms in Ukraine during the meeting of heads of foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine. He noted that seven national projects would be implemented in the following year. They're related to housing, automobile roads, agrarian industry, etc. Each of the projects requires about USD 300 mln to be invested.
