Vice prime-minister of Ukraine Sergey Tigipko during Ukrainian parliament sesion, in Kiev, on Friday, December 3, 2010. Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, signed the Tax Code with consideration for the motions of the President of Ukraine, and referred the document to the Head of State. He stressed that the Code preserved the balance between the interests of the state and the business. According to the Head of the Parliament, the Central Judicial Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate had worked upon the document till 6 a.m. "to redraft the Law due to adoption of fifty amendments." The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine believes that it is too early to claim the end of "the Tax Code epic." It is necessary to analyze application of the Law and the scope for improvements.
