COMM UNIAN ARCHIVE The head of Odessa regional administration, member of Gurvits’s team, Igor Svoboda in Odessa, January 20, 1997. Svoboda disappeared in March 1998, a month before disappearance of the head of right control administration of Odessa city executive council Sergey Varlamov. Varlamov's body was found in a garage in Odessa in May 2005. The place was indicated by a member of a criminal group detained in Donetsk in May 2006. Sergey Varlamov was a member of the team of Odessa Mayor Edward Gurvits. He disappeared several weeks before considering a complaint of former Odessa Mayor Ruslan Bodelan.
