Sergey Varlamov

UNIAN ARCHIVE The head of right control administration of Odessa city executive council Sergey Varlamov in Odessa, December 26, 1997. Varlamov's body was found in a garage in Odessa in May 2005. The place was indicated by a member of a criminal group detained in Donetsk in May 2006. Sergey Varlamov was a member of the team of Odessa Mayor Edward Gurvits.
