People's deputies of Ukraine during Ukrainian parliament session, in Kiev, on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will consider a draft Tax Code in the second reading today. Lawmakers of the Party of Regions are standing near the rostrum and presidium in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada in order to prevent BYUT lawmakers from blocking work of the parliament that will start consideration of the draft Tax Code in the second reading today. Some representatives of the Party of Regions have been staying in the session hall since yesterday's evening.
